What to Bring
Pre-Portioned Meals: Bring all of your pet’s pre-portioned meals in individual bags.
Medications: Please bring any of your pet’s medications in the original bottle with instructions. For safety reasons, we do not administer injectable medications, including insulin.
Comfort Items: If your dog has a blanket, bed, or even a toy that makes them comfortable, bring it!
Boarding includes lodging only. This structure lets us tailor activity to each dog and their unique needs. While we recommend adding activity for most dogs, lodging alone is still a complete and comfortable stay. Every boarding stay includes: three outdoor potty breaks per day, feeding and medication administration, daily housekeeping and regular staff care.
Popular add-ons include full-day daycare ($23 per session), half-day daycare ($19 per sesssion), and individual playtimes ($12 per 15 minutes). Add as much or as little activity as you and your dog would like!
Most of our staff members already have hands-on experience working with dogs. In addition, all employees are required to complete our rigorous in-house certification program for Dog Behavior and Daycare Management. To ensure the safety of the dogs in our care, our team is also trained in canine CPR and first aid, allowing them to respond effectively in case of any emergencies. And of course, our employees must love dogs! 🙂
You’re welcome to bring your dog’s bed or blanket if it helps them feel more at home, but it’s not required—we provide clean, comfortable bedding for all our guests.
To ensure your dog's dietary needs are met during their stay, we strongly recommend bringing their food from home. Each meal should be pre-portioned in an individual bag, including any necessary vitamins or supplements. Due to space constraints, we are unable to store large food containers or excess food. We can provide food for your pup at an additional fee, but please note that rapid changes in diet can sometimes lead to digestive issues.
You are welcome to bring your dog's own blanket to help them feel more at home. We provide comfortable beds for every dog during their stay, but due to variations in sizing, we advise against bringing your dog's personal bed. Our primary concern is the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care.
We highly recommend reservations. Depending on the time of year, we can often accommodate short notice or same day notice (if your dog has previously completed the temperament evaluation). Please be aware that Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas book several months in advance and other holidays book several weeks in advance. During the summer months, we often fill up early for weekends. If you are an established customer, you can schedule your reservations online through Gingr too if you'd like.
We offer a 10 visit package for both daycare and boarding. Additional fees may apply if your dog requires a large space.
